You can access the application by visiting our website and logging in with your registered credentials. If you are a new user, you can sign up for an account through the registration page.

Features and Functionality

The nine dimensions include Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles, Accessibility, Communication, Competence, and Consistency. Each dimension provides a specific aspect of service quality that contributes to the overall index.
The SQI is calculated based on the scores from the nine dimensions, each weighted according to its importance. Detailed algorithms and methodologies used in the calculation are available in the application’s user manual.

Data and Reporting

The application offers a variety of reports, including overall SQI scores, dimension-specific analysis, trend reports over time, and comparative reports across different service units or periods.
Yes, all reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats for further analysis and presentation.
