In 2012, Professor Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz embarked on a visionary quest to revolutionize the realm of service quality. During these foundational years, Professor Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz dedicated himself to the pursuit of Service Quality Enhancement (SQE). Recognizing the critical role service quality plays in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty, he undertook extensive research, collaborated with industry experts, and conducted numerous experiments to refine his ideas.
The first six years were marked by tireless effort, countless experiments, and a relentless commitment to perfecting the concept of Service Quality Enhancement. Dr. Aziz&aposs vision began to crystallize as he developed innovative frameworks, methodologies, and tools aimed at elevating service quality standards across various industries.
In 2018, after years of dedicated research and development, Dr. Aziz achieved a significant milestone for CSQE – the copyright for the Service Quality Index (SQI) in Bangladesh. This groundbreaking intellectual property represented the culmination of Dr. Aziz&aposs tireless efforts to create a measurable and standardized metric for evaluating and enhancing service quality.
The SQI copyright not only validated the uniqueness and effectiveness of CSQE&aposs approach but also positioned the company as a leader in the burgeoning field of service quality enhancement.
